Jaat mazhab te varn aashram tere gal vich fahi ne;
Jihde vich kul duniyan dub jaye eh oh jaalam khahi ne. Hindu sikh muslam ton pehlan bande sirf insaan eyn tun; Vair virodh nun dilon mita ke je rab da chaahvaan eyn tun. Kahe avtar guru de bajhon per eh sojhi aandi nahin; Eke di pehchan de bajhon rooh eh dheeraj pandi nahin. |

Your caste, your religion, the whole caste-system is a noose round your neck;
It is such a cruel ditch, which has swallowed the whole world. O' man, you are a human being first, and then only a Hindu, Sikh or Muslim; In case you wish to realize God, you must shed animosity and hatred from your heart. Avtar says, one cannot have this divine consciousness without the True Master And this soul does not find solace without knowing the One--Formless God. |
Meaning
Oneness gets established only when the true master bestows this divine knowledge. Your caste, your religion, the whole caste-system is a binding. This system is so cruel that it has swallowed the whole world. Man, you are a human being first, and then only a Hindu, Sikh or Muslim. In case you wish to realize God, you must shed hatred from your heart. Baba Avtar Singh ji says, one cannot have this divine consciousness without the True Master. And this soul does not find relief without knowing the One-Formless God.
